The questions we get asked most.
How is this different from a 'normal' marketing agency?
We don't do everything. We do the marketing system that actually moves the needle for KBB businesses — organic Instagram, paid social on Meta, and email nurture, all built on creative strategy. If you need PPC, SEO, print or PR, we'll tell you that honestly and point you somewhere good.
Do you only work with kitchens?
Mostly, yes — and that's deliberate. Kitchens are where our approach lands hardest, and most of our case studies are kitchen-led. But the same system works for bedroom and bathroom businesses with similar buyer journeys: high-value, considered, visual-led.
Do you do project-based work or audits?
No. The diagnostic work is baked into the first month of every retainer — we don't sell it as a separate paid product. If you want a feel for how I think before committing, the Free Instagram Training is the best place to start.
What's the minimum ad spend you recommend?
£5,000 a month is where the maths starts to make sense for a Meta retainer. Below that, the test-iterate-scale loop runs too slowly. If you're not there yet, the Free Instagram Training will give you most of what you need to do it well in-house until you are.
Do you handle photography and video too?
We don't shoot it ourselves — but we brief and direct the videographers and photographers you (or we) bring in. Most retainer clients have a regular shooter on rotation; we make sure what they shoot is what your strategy needs.
Can you work alongside our existing team?
Yes. Most of our retainer clients have a marketing person or small team. We complement, we don't replace.
